No. Unfortunately, federal tax regulations prohibit our accountants from giving advice over the telephone. Feel free to schedule an appointment in our office, however, where we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Of course! You will be assigned to your own team, who will always deal with your paperwork. You will have your own experienced Bookkeeper and fully qualified Certified Public Accountant.

Our team is available via email and telephone to help with any questions you may have. When you sign up with Premier Accounting Services, a telephone consultation can be arranged with your dedicated Certified Public Accountant to answer any questions.

We are available Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time. Questions or requests can be sent with our “Contact Us” form on our website, and you can request a call-back if you would like to speak directly to us. Please allow up to 24 business hours for a call back or response, but in most cases we are able to get back to you right away. There is never a charge for advice or the time you spend with your accountant.

You will want to send us your monthly business account statements (bank statements), receipts, invoices, credit card statements, and any other documents related to your business expenses and income. You do not need all your receipts if you bank or credit card statements list the transactions.

If you have a small business we prefer that your information be organized in an accounting application, but we have taken materials in almost every imaginable form. Contact us with questions about specific packages.

All of our services are billed out at competitive hourly rates, unless other arrangements are made.
